Got Questions? We've Got Answers
Everything you need to know before booking your child's free trial.
Is the free trial really free? What's the catch?
Absolutely free — no credit card, no hidden fees, and zero obligation. It's a full 1-on-1 session with a real tutor so you can experience our teaching quality firsthand. If you love it, great! If not, no hard feelings at all.
How do you ensure my child's safety online?
Safety is our top priority. All tutors are carefully vetted native Arab professionals with years of experience teaching children. Every session is private 1-on-1, and parents have full visibility through the dashboard — you can track sessions, view reports, and stay informed about your child's progress at all times.
Can I choose the days and times for sessions?
Yes! We offer fully flexible scheduling — mornings, evenings, or weekends. You pick the slots that fit your family's routine, and you can reschedule anytime through our support team. We work around your life, not the other way around.
What if my child is a complete beginner?
That's perfectly fine! Most of our students start as beginners. Our tutors are trained to work with children of all levels — from the very basics of Arabic letters (Nooraniyah) all the way to Hifz. Each session is personalised to your child's pace and level.
How much does it cost after the free trial?
Plans start from just $9/hour for private 1-on-1 sessions with native Arab tutors. There are no long-term contracts — you can cancel anytime. Plus, you'll get 25% off your first month when you subscribe after your trial.
