Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Daan Quranic academy, we are committed to providing high-quality educational services. Because our services involve the dedicated scheduling of professional educators, we have established the following policy regarding refunds and cancellations.
1. General Refund Principles
  • Service-Based Nature: As Daan Quranic academy provides professional tutoring services, fees are paid in exchange for a reserved time slot with a qualified instructor.
  • Non-Refundability: Once a monthly billing cycle has commenced and the first lesson has been delivered, tuition fees are non-refundable.
  • Unused Sessions: Any sessions missed by the student without following the official [Cancellation Protocol] are forfeited and are not eligible for a refund or credit.
2. Trial Period and Initial Enrollment
  • Satisfaction Guarantee: We offer initial trial classes for new students. If a student decides not to enroll after the trial sessions and before the first official monthly payment is made, no charges will apply.
  • Pre-Start Cancellations: If a student pays for a monthly plan but requests a refund before any classes have been attended, a full refund will be issued, minus any third-party transaction processing fees (typically 3–5%).
3. Cancellations and Makeup Credits
  • Student Cancellations: To avoid losing a session, students must provide at least six (4) hours’ notice of cancellation.
  • Makeup Classes: In lieu of a refund for missed classes, the Academy provides “Makeup Credits.” These credits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for a refund or applied as a discount toward future billing cycles.
  • Teacher Absence: If the Academy or its instructors must cancel a session due to an emergency or technical failure, we will either provide a makeup session or, at our sole discretion, issue a pro-rated credit to the student’s account for the following month.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
  • We recognize that life events occur. Refund requests based on extraordinary circumstances (e.g., prolonged medical emergency or bereavement) may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
  • Such requests must be submitted in writing to Support@DaanQuranicAcademy.com.
  • Documentation may be requested to verify the claim.
  • Any approved refund in these cases will be pro-rated based on the lessons already provided.
5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
  • We encourage students to contact our Billing Department directly to resolve any concerns.
  • Daan Quranic academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services immediately if a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated through a bank or payment processor.
6. Termination of Service
  • Students wishing to discontinue their studies at the end of a billing cycle must provide two (2) days’ notice prior to their next scheduled payment date to avoid automatic renewal.
